Collecting purposes/categories & purposes of using personal information- We shall collect only the minimum amount of your personal information for limited purposes. When you request Annual Report Application Service, you have to fill out certain required information, including but not limited to, your name, zip code, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. However, as for optional information such as affiliation, you will still have full access to our services even though you do not provide such information.
Our purposes to collect and use personal information are as follows:
- Your name, zip code, address, phone number, e-mail address: for the purpose of delivering report, using as survey materials relating to the content of report
- Affiliation, occupation : for the purpose of using as survey materials relating to the content of report
- Period for holding and using personal information

Retaining period for collected personal information is from the time you apply for Annual Report to the time you request to delete your information. Upon removing it, your personal information shall be automatically and irrevocably deleted except the following case:
We may hold your personal information during the period described i) when we notify you in advance of holding period and the period is not passed or ii) when we obtain your consent.
