The IR Team put forth its best efforts to provide transparent and useful management information to all stakeholders including investors in a timely manner for easier access to information. The annual CEO Investor Forum and the corporate presentation on quarterly management performance for institutional investors and analysts are held for such purposes. POSCO also participates in investment conferences hosted by prominent institutional investors around the globe. These efforts paid off in 2007, as Korea Economy Daily, Korea Investor Relations Association and Institutional Investor recognized POSCO's IR activities with the highest honors in investor relations. POSCO operates an integrated web-based channel for collecting opinions on POSCO products, and strives for activating communication and improving customer relations. POSCO also enforced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). POSCO hosts promotion meetings and presentations with customers, suppliers and outsourcing partners on a regular basis.

POSCO is equipped with a variety of organizations for stakeholders in each area including Seoul, Pohang and Gwangyang. All employees of POSCO, including the community cooperation team, meet with residents and local groups related to community policies and activities and carefully listen to their complaints and difficulties.
