e-Procurement is a Web-based procurement system that supports POSCO's entire procurement process, from the registration of suppliers, to the placing of orders, to bidding and contracting, and finally, to the payment for and delivery of products.
The e-Procurement System's main functions are e-Sourcing, e-Bidding, and e-Transactions. Domestic and international suppliers and all trading partners, including banks, insurance companies, custom houses, logistics companies, and the Korean National Railroad, are connected so that they can share information through the EDI or the Web.
